CLEARANCE PROCEDURES

PHASE ONE

• Consultation
• Research of all applicable titles
• Requests submissions
• Negotiation of fees and terms
• Timely and regular follow-up to obtain quotes
• Weekly status  reports sent to client

 

PHASE TWO 
(Phase Two will not begin before the client approves quotes, terms and fees)

• Drafting of deal memos and formal license agreements
• Facilitation of all agreements and payments
• Delivery of all fully-executed license agreements related to the project
